At Cavalry, we work hard to ensure that your favourite fragrances reach you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand how delivery works for all Cavalry orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • During festivals, large sales, or special launches, processing may take an extra day due to high order volume.
  • We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes:

  • 3–7 business days in metro cities and major towns
  • 5–10 business days for remote or interior locations

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary based on your location, order value, or running offers.
  • Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.

Free Shipping may be available during special promotions or for minimum order value (as per ongoing offers).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • Name of the courier partner
  • A link to track your order live

You can check your order status anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

 If the delivery fails due to:

  • Unreachable phone number
  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not available

The package will be returned to us. Reshipping may require additional charges.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Landmark
  • Pincode
  • Active phone number

Cavalry is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged, Leaked, or Missing Items

We pack every perfume with great care. However, in rare cases:

  • If you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered package
  • If any item is missing

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us quickly resolve the issue, share:

  • Photos or video of the parcel
  • Order ID
  • Description of the problem

We will ensure fast support and resolution.

8. Delivery Restrictions

Some pin codes may have restrictions due to:

  • Remote location
  • Courier network limitations
  • Government regulations

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you and process a refund if payment is already made.

9. Courier Partners

We deliver through trusted and well-known courier services across India to ensure:

  • Safe handling
  • Fast transit
  • Reliable delivery

Our partners may change based on your zone or service availability.

10. Change in Shipping Details

If you need to modify your address or phone number:

  • Contact us before the order is shipped.
  • Once shipped, we cannot change any delivery details.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is available:

  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • Customers must be available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
