At Cavalry, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every fragrance you receive to feel luxurious, fresh, and perfect. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to support you with a smooth and customer-friendly return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return only under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged, leaked, broken, or wrong product.
- You inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The perfume is unused, unopened, and still in its original sealed packaging.
- You provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.
Because perfumes are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tested products. This is to maintain hygiene, safety, and product authenticity for all customers.
2. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will arrange for the product to be picked up (if applicable).
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- It may take 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
You will receive updates through email or SMS during each step.
3. Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you may choose:
- A replacement of the same product, OR
- A full refund, based on your preference.
Replacements are shipped only after the returned product is checked and verified.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened, used, sprayed, or tested perfumes
- Products without their original packaging
- Perfumes purchased during special clearance or sale (unless damaged)
- Orders returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer
- Packages refused at the time of delivery without valid reasons
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- If you want to cancel immediately after placing an order, contact us at the earliest.
A cancelled order refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
To raise a return or refund request, please contact our support team with:
- Your Order ID
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
Once we verify the details, we will guide you step-by-step through the process.
7. Important Notes for Customers
- All return and replacement decisions are made after checking and verifying the product condition.
- Ensure the product is packed safely before returning it to avoid damage during transit.
- Keep all original items, including the bottle, box, wrapper, invoice, and freebies (if any).
